Oh, dizzy Lizzy... 1. Med changes/dose/time/liquid you take it with/times you eat/what you have ate. 2. For example, did you get something new at the grocery store? not enough carbs you are used to? 3. Are you maybe taking water instead of Gatorade? 4. Did you cut out a candy bar? Get a low tank in blood sugar So start looking at those small changes and see if any of those fit.

Omg. I have kitchen scissors, purse scissors, work food scissors. I cut every damn food with scissors. Pasta, veggies, it’s absurd how I can’t go without.
