NTA, definitely sue. A better lock would do nothing since he climbed the fence. Also, concerning her young child can leave, scale a fence, ruin your stuff, and she doesn’t notice? Is she caring for her son? Is he okay? Does she not understand private property?

i understand suing over that stuff i have coworkers who r obsessed with plants like it’s their main hobby and it can be expensive i never knew buying starters or seeds or saplings can get that expensive but meeting them I’m into plants now and its fire
