I made up a bedroom for my wife with a window unit and kept that room as close to 50° as possible 24/7. It was definitely a necessity.

I thought I was the only one 😭 When a hot flash hits out of nowhere, you’ll do anything to cool down. The freezer aisle suddenly makes perfect sense.

It IS THAT SERIOUS. Internal heater on high, w no where to vent. For me, it's like - hell level heat, suffocating implosion 😮💨

you have no warning! it just freaking hits and you feel this unimaginable heat like your on fire which triggers an immense doubt of sweat pouring out of every freaking pore in your body!! then when that heat wave ends leaving you drenched in sweat making you cold cause your body won't regulate your body temperature correctly until you hit menopause which can be freaking years!!!!
