Sorry but I agree that both were at fault. Yes, he has the right to record but also respect others who don't want to be recorded. Don't record those who don't want to be recorded also the end that was childish like what grown adult goes bla bla bla like that. The guy should have not charged at him or threatened him. The girl who was a minor didn't want to be filmed and as a mom sorry but I wouldn't be happy my child was being filmed because one I don't know that person or what they are doing with that video of my child. The world is a scary place.
