@milynn89: Learning to take care of myself after having kids has been such a hard thing for me. As a mom I’m constantly being pulled in different directions. I started this journey back in March of this year but then skipped the summer and I can honestly say I feel the difference. I started going back to my bad habits. Not eating to take care of myself but to fill the void (I’m an emotional eater). This isn’t a something I want to be on for the rest of my life but I needed a jump start. I needed the help really bad. When I first started I felt amazing. I had energy. I was sleeping better. I didn’t feel bloated and uncomfortable all the time. I had mental clarity because I didn’t crave anything so I wasn’t eating horribly. I’m excited to start this journey again and get back to being a happy, healthy and present mom. Taking care of myself is key to pouring into my children and lately my cup has been empty. Let’s fill it up🙌🏻#glp1 #momlife #selfcareroutine #health #wellness
