my favorite starter is mudkip my favorite fire starter is fennekin or litten I actually can't choose between those two and my favorite grass starter is Bulbasaur I don't really give the grass starters much consideration but if they were all guaranteed shiny I would still choose mudkip not only is it my favorite starter but it was the starter that I beat my first ever nuzlocke with his name was husky plus it has an amazing shiny

My favorite Pokemon in general is Rowlet and I love his shiny, so this would be an easy pick for me. (Froakie and Fuecoco would be the other two)

If we're going based on just base form, then Torchic, Turtwig, and Piplup. I'd probably choose Torchic regardless of shiny or not. If we're talking full starter line, then Torchic, Sprigatito, and Oshawott. I still think I'd choose Torchic, but it would be difficult.
