@rosaylight: Strawberry, Blueberry & Aero Cookie Ice Cream Lollies Ingredients 500 ml fresh cream, chilled 250 ml condensed milk Fresh strawberries, chopped blueberries Aero cookies, crushed or broken into small pieces Method Pour the 500 ml fresh cream into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand whisk, whip the cream until it becomes thick and fluffy. Be careful not to over-whip. Gently add the 250 ml condensed milk and mix until well combined. Divide the ice cream mixture into separate bowls, depending on the flavours you want. Add your toppings to each mixture: Strawberry Blueberry Aero cookie: broken Aero cookies Gently fold the toppings into each mixture. Spoon the different mixtures into ice cream lolly moulds and insert the sticks. Place the plastics in the freezer, not the fridge, and freeze until completely firm  preferably 4–8 hours or overnight
