Currently battling this decision.. I want to be with my babies I’ve been working for 14 years nursing isn’t going anywhere but I feel it’s my outlet to feel like myself .. think I’m going to be PRN and work when I want instead of quitting entirely

I worked overnight just to not put my kids in childcare. I was exhausted all the time. I was present but was I really. I lost so much time with my kids and all regrets. They are now 17,10 &7 wish I could go back and time. But couldn’t live off 1 income.

I want to be a SAHM so much, and feel I am ruining my time with my kids (my husband and I both work from home, but it's not all it's cracked up to be), but the tradeoff of not taking my kids traveling or having to learn to budget our entire lives really has my heart in knots daily - the internal struggle is REAL!

Most hardest & rewarding thing ever! I work from home and still get the privilege of doing pick up and drop off. I want to go back into my field but I’m so loving being there for my babies without mom guilt of missing things because of work schedule 😔

It’s most definitely a sacrifice. I make money thru ugc and working on getting paid thru tiktok. Let’s be honest being solely dependent on our significant others to buy the basic essentials we need monthly is hard.
