@vi.vi.9090: 1. follow local businesses - even if you aren’t regulars. sometimes they will repost other events to support, so you never know if it is something you might be interested in 2. follow local creators (like me!) - even if their content isnt about going to events, they might repost other events going on / or just being on the algorithm 3. make mutuals w people in the area - so many people send me even posts that i wouldnt have found on my own. and share events and post with others! 4. go in person - go to a cafe or casual food spit with flyers. i see so many flyers in bloomfield w so many cool events. take a pic and add to your story to see if anyone else wants to go 5. use AI - while this is cheesy, you can actually set up a search to look up events regularly if you want 6. ask around - go to one event, and ask people there if they are working other events or if they will be attending other events. i pinned a video where a lot of pittsburgh venues were added in the comments. place like mr roboto etc always have stuff happening any other tips you guys have?
