That is crazy in Texas three DUI and it’s many many years in jail. She’s got nine she should’ve never had gotten probation. She’s going to kill someone.

@Stephie Foxy: This is disgusting!!! 9 duis and probation again??? What the fuck . She’s going to kill someone !!! She should get jail time it’s outrageous!!! I have no respect for a judge that alllows this person to remain on the roads . The statistics are astronomical for vehicular homicide due to be involved drunk. If the courts dont protect the rest of us and the odds of someone being killed is right around the corner! What then?? Do we really have to die because a judge does not care for our safety is crime within itself!!! 9 duis!! It’s almost unimaginable that this is not enough to put her in jail. It makes me so angry. And on top of that not only can she continue to be on the roads she’s responsible for her kids and her sisters kids ???? Are you kidding me???? At what point can a higher up make the call to override a judge’s poor decision just to keep us from getting killed. It almost makes me think there is something else that is swaying the judge in this direction. Not once has she even thought about protecting citizens in her jurisdiction . Nor reprimand the sheer horror that she has 9 duis . Makes me angry and sick why does she not at least think about if it’s one of her family members dies by this drunk driver . It’s shocking! !!! What a horrible result!
