@tarotart.1818: Saltair Coral Coast Body Butter might be the BEST body moisturizer I’ve tried for soft, hydrated skin… apparently Andrew agrees because he basically stole mine. 😂😭 I got out of the shower at his house looking for my Saltair Coral Coast Body Butter and found it on HIS side of the sink almost completely gone. If you’re looking for a rich moisturizing body butter for dry skin that leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated, this is one of my favorite Saltair body care products. The Coral Coast scent is SO good, the body butter feels incredibly moisturizing, and clearly it’s boyfriend approved. 😂 Saltair has a buy 2 deal going on right now, which is perfect because apparently we need separate jars. Links above my name! 🌴🥥 @Saltair Body #saltair #SaltairCoralCoast #bodybutter #BodyCare #DrySkin

Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Beef with Cheesy Mash 😮‍💨 This slow cooked BBQ pulled beef is absolutely banging. It’s rich, smoky and tender. Plus it’s the perfect batch cook recipe for cosy weeknight dinners or easy meal prep ideas. I love serving it over creamy cheesy mash (and some honey soy carrots on the side 👌🏼) PLUS 🤭 If you like batch cooks you’ll love my new cookbook 20-Minute Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers out in less than 6 weeks 🎉🎉 packed with 100 quick, high-protein, low-cal recipes with a whole chapter dedicated to batch cooking. Pre-order yours in my bio! 🫶🏼 Ingredients For the BBQ pulled beef (makes 4-5 portions): 800 g lean diced beef (5–10% fat)
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tsp chopped garlic
1½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion granules
½ tsp mustard powder 1 beef stock cube crumbled
1½ tbsp tomato purée
1½ tbsp light soy sauce
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
100g bbq sauce (I use Heinz Classic BBQ) 50g passata 1-2 ladles of water
Salt & pepper
Olive oil spray
Calories per portion of beef (based on 5 serves):
270 l Protein: 34.3g l Fat: 8g l Carbs: 14.3g  For the cheesy mash (serves 2): 500g maris piper potatoes  15g lighter butter spread  80ml semi-skimmed milk  40g reduced fat cheddar grated  Salt  Black pepper Calories per portion: 303 l Protein: 11.8g l Fat: 7.35g l Carbs: 45.7g
💕Spray a non-stick pan with oil and place over high heat. 💕Pat the beef dry and add to the pan in batches. Sear on all sides until browned.  💕Remove from the pan and transfer to the slow cooker.  💕Add the onion and chopped garlic, before seasoning with the paprika, onion granules, mustard powder, along with salt and pepper.  💕Crumble over the beef stock cube, before stirring through the tomato puree, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, bbq sauce and passata.
💕Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or 3-4 hours on high until the beef is tender.  💕Shred the beef with two forks and simmer 5–10 min (lid off) to thicken the sauce until sticky and glossy.
For the mash: When there is 20 minutes left on the beef, add the potatoes to a large pan of cold salted water.  Bring to the boil for 12-15 minutes until tender then drain. Season with salt and pepper, before adding in the butter and milk. Mash until smooth and then fold in the cheese until well combined.  #slowcooker #comfortfood #healthyrecipes #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas
