Honestly prop 1 is a bad idea, mainly because there is enough housing the only issue is controlling the landlords and groups that jack up the prices to exorbitant prices and it’ll only help continue the cycle but with even more homes

Prop 37 seems promising but I’m going to dig deeper in case there is a hidden loophole because yes it says new homeowners but I don’t trust this state they’ve lied way too much to say yes to something that sounds so good

I want more housing, but the reality is we have spent an exorbitant amount on housing, with very little to show for it, there is so much corruption, I don't think that throwing more money will fix the problem
