I’ve always said that cravings reflect what your body is deficient in, which is why you need jello shots. You have a nutritional gap in your diet that jello shots will fill. I assume they’ll teach you that in med school eventually. (/s)

I didn’t know a doomatologist was a thing. Probably need one. I’m stealing spritz and dipz because that sounds wonderful and I highly recommend strawberry jello with an extra unflavored gelatin packet with whipped cream vodka.

Look into agar-agar which is commonly used in the cooking/catering industry. It's quick setting and you can make cool stuff with it.

If you ever want to go all in on the shots for medical (exam) reasons theme, I once made shot shots in oversized plastic syringe-y things. They worked very well in all the ways.
