@jacky_aloomah: Not because nobody would have listened...because I had no idea who I was even supposed to go to tbh I processed the whole thing inside my own head. On my own 😐 (in hindsight the worst idea) The gym became my coping mechanism. Work became the distraction...and I told everyone I was fine while I did it. Men do this all the time, and from the outside it just looks like a fella getting on with it. That's a big part of why we built a space just for men inside our soon to be released @aloomahfertility app 📱because I looked for one for five years and it didn't exist. #malefertility #mensmentalhealth #infertility #ivf #aloomah
