Granddaughter alleges that a cognitive test designed to ascertain whether the woman was well enough to consent to euthanasia was failed yet practitioners went ahead and administered the injection.

We were told my dad had four months to live, but then a few days later it changed to two weeks, and then he died suddenly about 2 days later. When I walked into the room to see him I got a really bad headache and nausea, even though I was there earlier and didn’t experience that.
