So my question is are you out of Virginia tattooing because if you are, I’m definitely coming to you all my tattoos are gray wash black I think the only color I have on me is red if I have anything filled in with red, which is maybe two tattoos I have like 45 and still counting but the richness oh my goodness makes me wanna get a tattoo from you

I went on my 18th birthday (in 2000) for my first tattoo and I wanted color and I am biracial… the first thing they told me was my skin tone won’t hold color 😳 I of course have gotten color since but I never forgot that
