There are a few if the private school in NYC and nj kids can test to get into them. The schools are $35-$50k for elementary and $50k-$70 yr HS but there are scholarships etc.

Nah look at any rich persons kid they get personal tutors and definitely banned AI. the value of having someone tell you the answer is basically 0 in the age of AI, you need the critical thinking skills of doing it yourself
