If you don't know how valuable you are, people will take advantage of you and continue to give you what they want to offer you. A lot Ghanaians in the Gulf countries don't know how bargain with their employers when it comes to salary and incentives. For me I don't just accept any job offer biaaa oooo

When I used to work with one Lebanese company. These guys wanted to increase our salary but our Ghanaian HR told them we are young men and women so we do not need the salary increment.

This happens in Ghana paa I was on a project which was supposed to be given 50 dollars a day for every meeting but opana gave us 100 cedis a day we found out on the last day of the conference when we were signing for our monies so we didn’t accept the money and we pushed till they gave us 200 a day hmm

I remember my time, I was working for a man while we were buying gold. For four months, he didn’t pay me, so I decided to be patient and waited until the fifth month. Unfortunately, when the fifth month came, he still didn’t pay me. There was some money that I was keeping and using to buy the gold. When he eventually came back and asked me to give him my accounts, I had already calculated everything. I deducted the salaries he owed me for all the months I had worked and accounted for the remaining money. After that, I gave him back the balance. Since I’m being honest with you I won’t sit to see you play nonsense games with me.😏
