Deleted all whats apps. Put phone face down on dresser coming in door. Bought a car that had a key that covered the whole front face of phone and always left that on top of phone.

Started noticing he was putting his phone on DND! Checked it and found a missed video call from another woman that he had "archived" and apparently he didnt know anything about it all at when I questioned! 🤣 I LEFT!

idk I guarded my phone and changed my password, but my ex was abusive and it had my refuge plans on it. He would always go through my phone so I had to put a stop to it in order to get away safely.

The “crazy” one hits hard, They gaslight you for bringing up the blind obvious & also If they say Sorry all the time, they are not sorry they are testing your reaction so the boundaries can be pushed further in the future 👌🏻
