This is a states agreement. Still must pass federal. The sports and news become a major issue. Even saying that they must create separate agreements, doesn't stop leverage! A first year law student can poke holes in this deal.

Everybody just had to get their slice of the deal that’s all. It’s not the fact that people weren’t happy that monopolies were being created. It was the fact that people weren’t benefiting off those monopolies being created got it.

We are slowly loosing our choices, there will be no competition in the future. Everything will be owned by 2 or 3 large companies and they will be "too big to fail" and they will be allowed to act irresponsibly.
