I don’t understand people who are making $50 a day micro payments. Like… do you set up money aside from your check for it and hope it’ll last for enough micropayments until the next paycheck?

I once heard someone say that they make micro payments to disrupt interest accrual. Even though credit card interest is billed monthly it’s calculated and accrues per day.

I have a plan and a budget. I’m working to pay down my debt thru those. But ON TOP of my budget, I am dedicating one hour everyday to whatever side hustle I pick that day. And whatever I make in that hour becomes that day’s “micro-payment”. It brings down the balance daily to reduce the interest charges, even by a small amount. Not all are playing small. But playing multiple games to hopefully win quicker. I hope that makes sense lol 🤪

I have never got on the micro payment game. I think most that do it are hoping for donations. Some people on TT have been able to get debt free from viewer donations but it’s not the norm. I’m throwing every spare penny to debt! I want it gone as fast as possible!

Micro payments are in the same advice category as you could buy a house if you just skipped buying avocado toast. You need a plan and a budget, not 5 dollars a day.

I have never been able to get into micropayments. but I did see a video one time about how they are to create habit to pay debt off instead of impulse spending.
