It’s called being a gentleman. After a few dates and trust begins it’s appropriate for the lady to offer. No harm in splitting entrees if the vibe is good at some point making it budget friendly for either especially if the dish is on larger side

a lot of men don't let the women pay. I usually offer every 2-3. dates. I resent the ones that let me for instance they buy large lattes, I buy small. their dinners always cost more than mine. plus they order beers I order water. women like old fashion men that pay. But women should invite him over for dinner once in awhile.

If you wanna go Dutch, make sure you establish that before you go out. I went on a date, when the bill came he says "split it" I audibly laughed. Ive never been so markedly unimpressed by something so trivial on my dating adventures

hell No . old school men pay for everything. don't want to be rude but I think if people can't afford dates . Just don't do that. is BS 50/50 that's not a date .in that case people should go out with the buddies to split the bill . not for a date.

Did you decide not to see her anymore because she didn’t pay or because you didn’t like her? Men TYPICALLY make more money (thanks to a number of reasons) does that matter? Reciprocity is important. I PREFER to pay my own because I can and since a lot of men think they pay = right to sex.

I feel the same way about that long-distance shit after a while. It just gets boring. Hey it’s like a penpal thing. I wanna get to know somebody in my town, but I feel your pain, buddy.
