I actually live in Ocean Springs, not but a 15 minutes drive to this beautiful retreat off of 49. Go just past Orange Grove, if you see the Harbor Freight or Cook Out you’ve gone too far.

I wasn’t sure if this was real or not. Then I saw the mountains and clear blue water, and I knew with 100% certainty that it is indeed the Mississippi Sound. I can’t wait to swim in this body of water! Lol

This is located just behind the airport near the golf course …. You’ll know you’re getting close to this swim hole just by the smell early on Sunday morning.
