Been there brother hope ur well. A year ago I was In a dark place. Threw my life away fucked up my relationships with friends and family. I nearly got into a fight with my dad,y best friend. Was considering💀and was 🔪myself a lot to deal with stuff. Didn’t sleep for 4 days straight and would fall asleep in school. Life was shit but a year later I’m in a great place started working with my dad making my own money he is my best friend again and I got my other friends back and I am 13 months and 6 days clean of SH. I go outside and I get over 8 hours of sleep most nights. Stay strong bro u helped me a lot
