@elevatemd: If you’re in #perimenopause or menopause, I’m so happy I finally found you!!! 🥹🫶🏻 If you are struggling to understand what is happening to your body, what you can do to support your body, or how to simply better advocate for yourself, please follow my page! 🙏🏼 Every single day I post videos covering every symptom under the sun, bloodwork, lab ranges, hormone therapy, supplements, hacks, EVERYTHING you could possibly want/need to know! When I went through menopause in my mid-twenties, I had no idea what was happening to me, and I felt completely alone. I felt like no one around me understood, and I couldn't find the answers I needed anywhere. That is exactly why I am so passionate about this. I never want another woman to feel as lost and isolated as I did. This page has turned into so much more than just hacks and education, it's become a genuine community of women who finally feel seen, validated, and less alone in what they're going through. And I want as many women as possible to be part of it. I’m so happy that I finally found you, & I hope you’ll feel at home here! ❤️ 🩺📲 If you're in the US and curious about hormone therapy for perimenopause or menopause symptom management, go to the 🔗 in my bio to book a free 30 minute call with my team to learn how to get started. 🤗 #hormonehealth #hormonalimbalance #womenover30 #womenover40

Bella :
I'm 48. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. I stopped getting my period because my uterus was removed. I still have both of my ovaries. But I have perimenopause symptoms; the worst is waking up at 3am and not being able to get 7 hours of quality sleep, brain fog, bloating, mood swings, getting annoyed easily, feeling exhausted, and sometimes feeling anxious. I feel like I'm overheating, and it feels depressing not feeling like my normal self 😕

How do you know what stage of menopause you are in if you don’t have periods? Do the symptoms ever lessen?

It’s crazy the list of symptoms that I’ve endured the last 8 years that didn’t seem connected that were absolutely peri. HRT has changed my life!

I’m going to be 52 this month I have been going through this since my mid thirties. I can’t lose weight my hot flashes and night sweats are out of control. The no sleep thing is stupid. It doesn’t help that I have mental health issues on top of it all.

I’ve been doing so much research about perimenopause that I believe I’m going through it. I reached out to health care professionals who keep telling me “you’re too young for perimenopause”…..

I’m really really struggling with it all. I feel helpless, and broken. I no longer sleep. I can’t focus. Panic attacks, and insane anxiety. I started HRT (estradiol patch, and progesterone) on Sept 5th. I’m 4 weeks in and just had my worst night last night. Not sure if anything is working.

You went through it in your mid 20's? Im 31 and feel like im going through perimenopause but im terrified of bringing it up or asking a doctor because of being dismissed for being "too young."
