INGREDIENTS: ● Kefir – 300 ml ● Egg – 1 pc ● Salt – 1 tsp ● Sugar – 1 tsp ● Vegetable oil – 30 ml ● Flour – 450 g ● Baking powder – 10 g FOR THE FILLING: ● Brined mozzarella cheese, grated – 350 g ● Egg – 1 pc ● Salt – to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 egg, salt, sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil, and kefir. 2. Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms. 3. Knead the dough until smooth, then divide it into 4 equal portions. 4. For the filling, grate the mozzarella into a separate bowl. 5. Add 1 egg and a little salt, then mix well. 6. Divide the cheese mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. 7. Shape each piece of dough into a ball and roll it out slightly. 8. Place one cheese ball in the center of each piece of dough. 9. Bring the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch them together to seal. 10. Dust the surface with a little flour and gently roll each filled ball into a small flatbread. 11. Heat a dry frying pan or lightly grease it with vegetable oil. 12.
