Getting the Better Business Bureau is just the beginning . They will investigate and try to help both parties to settle. If the accused party does not want to comply, then you take your reports into small claims court and file. There’s money and time involved which in this case is very much worth it.. don’t give up my friend if these people are doing your wrong you gotta do what you gotta do.
