There’s a lot of Black people who read books me included, and I can tell you firsthand. I never came across a book that talked about Tulsa or a Sun downtown. It’s like some of this stuff just appeared in some of it. I can’t even find again. That documentary on YouTube I haven’t seen it since. So to keep promoting that narrative that you can hide information in a book on Black people is BS.

You don’t even need to go to the library These days. Every person with a data plan on their smartphone has access to every single piece of recorded human history at their fingertips. There’s no excuse for the avg person to be uneducated these days

I’m not disagreeing with anything he’s saying about libraries. My only issue with that is most library hours are doing business hours. Here where I live the library is closed early 6 PM the latest. I think they should be open later in the evening so that Children and adults can utilize the library, but you can’t tell the city.
