Unless you’ve been in an accident that wasn’t your fault and had to suffer through the nightmare you just don’t understand. I was rear ended at a stoplight and injured. It was a 3 years later before it went to civil court and of course the young lady had no insurance. I was out a lot of money and a tremendous of pain from bulging discs in my neck. It’s ridiculous and frustrating!

I would never drive anything without insurance! It’s a law in Tennessee to have insurance coverage, but not enforced.

The cops in my town assigned fault to me. I had no witness but the other driver did. They merged into me. Thankfully my insurance didn't pay for the other driver. They had no insurance, auto or medical.
