hi question! i have the VT reedle shot 100 and i never use her because i don’t know when i should in the skin flooding process? my gut is telling me before for absorption? but then i always remember lightest to thickest method so i’m a bit confused

What would you recommend to someone with oily skin but dehydration lines? I use acnatac every other night and finacea every other morning with two rest days for both. I want that glow but I hate having that heaviness
