moving the white bishop activated the rook. black queen is pinned by white queen. if black bishop takes white bishop then white queen takes black queen and supported by rook checkmate. if black queen takes white queen the rook takes black bishop and supported by white bishop checkmate.

here is the solution to the persons that don't know if black takes queen rook to e8 is checkmate but if black takes bishop queen to e7 is checkmate

The average elo in this comment section has to be like 200. It’s a game saving move. Queen is pinned and can’t take the rook, can’t take the white queen because of a mate threat, can’t avoid the attack because you lose the queen with a mate incoming, be8 takes bishop on c6 then queen back rank taking the knight is eventual checkmate
