I get bored, and look up stuff. I don't understand people's lack of inquisitiveness, especially with the world's collective knowledge at your fingertips. I know a lot about life in the prison system, cyptids, fetishes and the psychological foundation involved, serial killers, etc. I get asked 'Why do you -KNOW- that?' frequently.

the horrified looks as i share with my warrior cat dnd group that their cats might get greasy fur during our wildfire event because as creatures burn alive their body fats evaporate into the air! leaving a film on you where you come in contact with the affected air tree sap also does this though it leaves a more sticky feeling rather than greasy. apparently thats "horrifying" and not a "fun fact"
