Add this as well- English / French & mandatory written and spoken level 2 plus stick shift skills along with holding a FULL G for more than 3 years… training must be done by accredited colleges only not fly by night schools..

Why cant they use simulators. They have them for air planes. You could create situations without having a wreck. If the can have them for race cars, why not trucks.?
