happens way to much, mental health and then comes drugs. For some to find relief just to feel a bit normal, but then you become addicted and it takes over everything. Then there is no peace and your mental health is worest. Its like your living in hell and your mind and body has been taken over by the drugs your addicted too. Its not easy to stop because it back to raw feeling and alot of it is childhood things that we haven't healed from. Sometimes its just getting to the root of the pain and managing your mental health with the meditation, exercises, positive supportive people, the right therapist. Cutting out the negative people that bring you down. Not drinking alot of alcohol, helps alot. It's a very hard situation to be in. Have to be kind when people are in a situation like this and listen. That's why God gave us two ears and one mouth. RIp Handsome 🙏

I doubt you’ll read this response but if you truly are heartbroken and you were a friend. Ask yourself the hard question did you help him? Did you let him know that you were there to help him? This is so sad. So many young people dying from addiction. It breaks my heart.
