From a finance perspective, this takeover literally cannot work. The only way this survives is through an oracle bailout, the takeover is just too much debt. And speaking of debt, look at oracles, it’s one tier away from junk status, its stock has tanked because of it. A slowdown with AI would cause oracle, paramount and warner bros now all to be sold for bits with the underwriters (mainly the Saudis who are already having a bad time) losing big amounts of cash on this
