What HW does the car have? The newer ones have infrared lighting built in for the interior camera. Yours probably doesn’t have it if it’s an HW3 model, but that definitely sucks.

I have the same issue. Easiest solution I have found is to turn the interior cabin lights on

If the window tint is blocking the camera cut the tint out around just the camera so it doesn’t block it anymore
