I'm getting a divorce because of this. I understand why this person acts this way because I'm studying psychology to become a therapist to inmates to help them feel seen, heard , and understood. Then I'm studying forensics to solve crimes. Even though we understand people and why they do what they do doesn't mean we have to sit around and let people continue to hurt us just because they have trauma wounds that's not healed 💙
