![French (toast) to hitting your goals! 🥂 [~378 cals 65.5g peotein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - Ingredients make 2 sandwiches - make however many you want! French toast: ✰ 4 slices low carb bread (I used natures own) ✰ 3/4 cup egg whites ✰ 3/4 cup milk ✰ 1 tbsp sweetener ✰ cinnamon Fillings ✰ 4 slices turkey bacon ✰ 1 1/2 cups egg whites (I used yellow egg beaters) ✰ 1/2 cup fat free cheese ✰ salt and pepper 1. Preheat pan to medium. 2. Mix together egg whites, milk, sweetener and cinnamon and dip bread. Flip multiple times until bread won’t absorb anymore. 3. Place bread on pan and flip once bottom has set. Keep flipping until bread is golden brown. Bread should have puffed up a little because of the egg whites 4. Pour egg whites into another pan on medium and cover. 5. Once egg whites are cooked (they should have bubbles), add cheese on top and fold egg whites over the cheese. 6. Cook turkey bacon on pan on high or bake it until crispy. 7. Assemble sandwich: bread, egg & cheese, turkey bacon, bread. 8. Enjoy!
