How is it possible a professional coach doesn’t understand the ruling… it’s not about prior opportunity at all. You can be deemed to have no prior and still not being a sufficient attempt to dispose of the ball. Arguing about prior doesn’t even matter and the fact Simpson doesn’t get that proves he hasn’t improved his understanding since his early season confusion.
