This looks so amazing! I made this salad the other day and thought of you! I was in the trenches, so all I had we 3 mini cucumbers and a couple of handfuls of shredded carrots. Then I added prepared red wine vinegar dressing, sesame oil, some grated garlic and a few dashes of pepper. That salad never made it to the table! Lol It was so good!!
