To me it sounds like you are just making assumptions about someone with a coffee but the problem isn’t the coffee so why not just say that? If you come into an interview without a coffee but you’re laid back and don’t really care than you probably wouldn’t hire them either.

To me bringing anything other than water to an interview is a little crazy. It’s definitely a time in place situation iced coffee can get condensation everywhere. Also, if this is your first time at the place that you’re interviewing at, you don’t know if you’re gonna be in somebody’s personal office and maybe they don’t have even their own food or drinks in there, so as a rule of them I think it’s just good to avoid doing it. I did think, however, in the original video the woman’s reasoning for not wanting to see somebody with an iced coffee was stupid and kind of capitalistic brain rot.
