once a lecturer quit her job after grading everyone's term paper but mine and I waited months to hear back. when I finally contacted her I got an automated response that she is no longer employed by the university and her messages won't be forwarded or read. so I asked the secretarial department for help and they were reluctant but finally after like a year and a half they managed to get ahold of that lecturer and make her grade my paper 🙃

When my uni couldn’t confirm my visa to gov.uk for a whole 2 months and I couldn’t even access my classes online or email any of my teachers and at the end of the year those teachers scolded me to the point of tears for not doing the projects I missed in those 2 months
