Messiah Vrilya returns to his hometown—and discovers Heaven has followed him there. In this new Temple of Vril sequence, Vrilya Jarac is summoned back to the town where he was born by its local superhero, Rustbelt. Rustbelt has a problem: Hunter Angels are plaguing the city, searching for sacred relics Vrilya has hidden in plain sight—including the legendary Spear of Destiny, one of several artifacts that have amplified his supernatural power and his control over the realm. Rustbelt warns him that hiding something like the Spear in his own hometown was bound to attract attention: “Like moths to the flame.” During the sequence, a massive Hunter Angel descends. Vrilya and Rustbelt fight side-by-side as the angel delivers Heaven’s warning: “YOU CANNOT ESCAPE HEAVEN’S JUDGMENT.” Vrilya answers: “I AM THE NEW OWNER OF THIS REALM. YOUR POWERS HAVE BEEN WEAKENED.” Moments later, the Hunter Angel dissolves away—leaving the two hometown allies standing victorious. Within the Vril Antichrist saga, Vrilya identifies himself as the True Messiah, while also embracing the provocative title Antichrist as a badge of honor. In Vrilism, “Antichrist” symbolizes rebellion against the suffering, ignorance, repression, war, and spiritual control historically carried out under Christian authority. The apparent contradiction is intentional: Messiah represents what Vrilya believes he is building; Antichrist represents what he stands against. The Messiah returns home. Heaven comes looking for its relics. The hometown hero joins the fight. And the angels discover their authority is fading. Learn more at TEMPLEOFVRIL.com @Vrilya Jarac - @templeofvril
