Exactly what is happening to me right now, my husband pushed and poked me with different methods of emotional manipulation and neglect while I was pregnant with our second child, my BP was soaring higher than expected, one day I just decided if I don’t leave, I might died with the pregnancy, I left the house to my mother’s house with our 2years old son, he didn’t meet me at home, he went straight to the police that I kidnapped our son, I ended up having a severe case of pre eclampsia, I almost lost my life, I lost the baby, she was a girl, he told everyone that I killed our daughter, he told me he is no more interested in the marriage, that was when I realized that all his behavior all this while was just to force me to leave by myself and he will look like the victim. All is well.

I was with a narcissist from 2021 to 2026 and it was one of the hardest experiences of my life. It affected me deeply and left me with serious trust issues. Leaving was never easy. I would walk away but he would come back begging and convincing me to return and before I knew it, we were together again. I gave that relationship my money, time, energy and emotions, always hoping things would change. But this August, I finally reached my limit. I realized I was losing myself and needed to protect my mental well being. So I chose myself. I blocked him, ended the cycle and let go. It wasn’t easy but I knew my peace was more important than everything I had already invested.

My ex pushed & pushed me, I didn't leave instead I mirrored every of his actions, I stopped reacting whenever he tried to trigger me. If he kept malice for 2 weeks, I made it three weeks. He stopped providing, I didn't ask. He eventually left 😂😂
