@madto_therescue0: Xena update!! You’re not going to believe this one. When I posted this sad mama, I thought she was just full of milk after recently having puppies. Turns out, she was actually pregnant and delivered one single little pup. Just a few days later, a litter of orphaned puppies with their umbilical cords still attached arrived with no mama. The shelter tried to see if Xena would accept them, and oh boy did she! She is the BEST freakin mom, not leaving her pups even for her favorite pupperonis. The puppies are not in the clear yet but are so far thriving. It’s so funny seeing them next to each other - you can definitely tell which one is biologically hers 😆 just look for the biggest one! Thank you @threelittlepittiesrescue for taking Xena under your wing! How amazing is she?! What a selfless, special girl. I can’t wait to see her thrive.
