albondigas soup!!! look it up on tik tok. its a mexican soup and I think you'd like it. you can use ground turkey or lean ground beef. most of the ingredients can be found at Walmart. if your craving Caldo. 🍲 😁

I use Factor for my dinners , it’s game changing tbh. You can get it for lunches too. But I do just dinners and it always works out great. Macros are already there

Genuinely, as much as I hate saying it, my life would fall apart if I didn’t prep my lunches and dinners every Sunday for the week. I even pre-make sandwiches (just wrap in baking paper and toast them if they get a bit stale). I just don’t have it in me to cook daily.
