I was on semaglutide for a year and then retatrutide for a year. I'm so convinced these issues happen because people don't make sure they're getting decent nutrition. I don't mean to victim blame but I've met an absurd number of people of glp with literally no idea about their nutrition intake other than "I'm just never hungry its great!" 🤦♀️

My vision on a GLP1 got worse temporarily because I wasn’t getting enough vitamin A. I started eating more salad and avocados and now it’s clear. It’s nutrition. You can take Vit A Palmate with Retinol (Solaray makes it) to help with your eyes.
