My ceiling medallion immediate options are the same yellow, one shade darker yellow. I could go like green or something but i’m less convinced!

Use painters caulk at the trim cracks and repaint and you won’t notice them!

For the medallion I would do the same colour, a different colour but same tone or if it were wood I’d stain it the same as the wood in the room!
