Just stop already :
I normally cant sleep AT ALL in unfamiliar places or around people. Even when im straight up exhausted, im always in a highly aware state. This man came over to my house for the first time to mow for me. I was exhausted and hadn't gotten much sleep, he told me to take a nap while he mowed. I figured I was just going to lay there in a hyper aware state and just bed rot. I passed out so hard that I didnt even know he was coming in and out of the house the whole time. My body felt safe enough to relax, its never happened to me before and im still shocked to this day.

I fell asleep on his couch once and he had his arm over me, he moved it and I instantly woke up(according to him) and pulled his arm back over me. He stayed with me for 5 more minutes after that(he had to get food) and I have insomnia. So it’s hard to sleep, but around him it’s so easy

I feel honored that my girlfriend falls asleep so easily with me. I remember the first time she fell asleep on my shoulder/chest, it was late and we had an old movie on—we’d actually had our first kiss that night, though we’d been dating about a month prior. She always seems so comfortable and at peace and I feel like I’m taking care of the sweetest, most vulnerable version of her when she sleeps. I feel equally safe with her, it’s really such an irreplaceable thing.

early in our relationship, like 4 dates in, I messaged my bf because I was crying and panicking about a painful event that happened in my life. he drove across town that morning immediately to comfort me. I was in such a vulnerable place and he was so wonderful. I was falling in love with him in those moments. but then I started caressing the back of his neck and he unexpectedly fell asleep in my hands within 3 minutes. hearing his breathing change to a sleep pattern REALLY did something to me. him being comforted by me that easily... I already liked him, but my eyes went wide, and how I saw him changed after that. I look at him like he's the sun of my world ever since.
