@shandrickafreeanna: Fun fact: I once fell out of love with my hair. 🥺 A guy I dealt with would jokingly pull strands of my hair out and say, “I’m gonna make a voodoo doll with your hair.” After I tried leaving him multiple times, something shifted for me. I began to HATE my hair. It felt dark, disgusting, and heavy to me… so I kept it cut off for a few years. And that was huge because my hair has ALWAYS been a big part of my identity. During my healing journey, I decided to start growing it back out. Little by little, I started reconnecting with a part of myself I felt like I had lost. And now?
